In order to improve the discipline construction level of the college, on April 20, Professor Zhao Jijun from South China Normal University visited our college for exchange and guidance. Wang Lijun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, Wang Wei, president of the college, and relevant professors of the Department of Physics attended the meeting, which was held in the second conference room of the Conference center of the East Campus.

First of all, Wang Wei expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to Professor Zhao Jijun. Wang Lijun introduced the basic situation of the college to Professor Zhao, Wang Wei introduced the college's history and construction and development results. Participants had in-depth exchanges on discipline construction, key directions, talent teams, and scientific research achievements.

Subsequently, Professor Zhao Jijun put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on the development of physics, teaching staff, personnel training, scientific research, social services, cooperation and exchanges in our institute.

This exchange has played a positive role in promoting the development direction of the discipline, the introduction of high-level teachers, the training of high-level talents, and the construction of teaching and research teams. The college will take this opportunity to further strengthen the top-level design, improve the level of education, and build a new pattern of high-quality development of the college.
